Thanks to new legislation, getting somewhere in Georgia will soon be easier. Getting somewhere in life will, too. The state is launching a huge highway construction program, to build and repair roads all across Georgia. As a result, hundreds of highway construction jobs are being created.
Highway contractors need road workers now. And they will continue to need them well into the future. Salaries for entry-level laborers are better than other available jobs. And if you have a get-it-done work ethic paired with a whatever-it-takes attitude, you’ll have a great future in this profession.
